Artist, writer, yogi, and long-practicing witch, Sydney (Sates) channeled over two decades of experience into The Corvus Circle, a deep call to reclaim one’s sovereignty & connection with Mother Earth, and its accompanying blog, What the Cat Told the Raven, a loving collection of musing & unspoken words. She designed the Cycles & Phases journal system as a self-led journey for those seeking a deeper relationship with their own being. When she isn’t indulging her many curiosities, she can be found in her art studio, on her yoga mat, or buried in a book (or two), always with coffee in hand. She lives with her tribe of purr babies & the love of her life.

This is a time that calls for patience and faith. You’re reaching the threshold where you normally give up, but what if this time you endured? What if this time you said, “F*ck it”, and kept pushing on? This isn’t the fun part but it’s the necessary part. And what you’re working towards will be so very worth it in the end, even if it doesn’t feel like it now.
This card resonates deeply with me right now. I’m feeling the resistance I’ve met on my path before, but this time I intend to keep going.
